Three series are waiting to be announced which are ranging from 53 inches to 63 inches. The plasma HDTVs that are 3D enabled are the series 8000 and series 7000. With this technology incorporated, consumers are given the opportunity to experience a new dimension over the traditional HDTV viewing experience. The built in 3D processor lets you render 2D content into 3D in real time while the television is optimized for viewing 3D content.
Consumers will receive a free 3D starter kit with the purchase of a Samsung 3D HDTV and either the Samsung BD6900 3D Bluray Player or the HT C6930W 3D Home theater system to have a blast with the 3D experience. 2 pairs of 3D Active Glasses and the 3D version of Monsters vs. Aliens have been included in the said kit.

The internet @ TV feature has been upgraded and now the Samsung applications provides the consumers with an expanded easy to navigate selection of content and application from leading services like The Associated Press, Netflix, Pandora, Twitter, USA Today and VUDU.
